We recommend a dedicated microfiber detergent and low temperature. Natural drying.
If your microfiber towel no longer feels as soft or starts leaving marks, it was likely washed with cotton fabrics or with the wrong detergent (especially ones containing fabric softener).
Here’s how to restore it:
1. Soak - Leave it to soak for 30–60 minutes in warm water (40–50°C) with one cup of white vinegar.
2. Rinse & wash - Rinse thoroughly, then machine wash it separately on a synthetic cycle at 40°C.
Avoid fabric softener or scented detergents (you can use 1–2 drops of dish soap instead).
3. Air dry - Let it air dry naturally — do not use a tumble dryer.
4. Restore the fibers - Once dry, gently rub the towel against itself to help restore its texture.
