SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Shipping:
Physical products ordered from Karshine.net are delivered by express courier to selected EU countries.
Standard shipping is free on orders over €50. Express shipping is available for an additional fee, shown at checkout in EUR.
Available destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Hungary.
Delivery time:
Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on location and stock availability. During busy periods such as holidays, Black Friday, or similar peak times, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days, but no longer than 15 days from the date the order is placed.
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Returns:
You have the right to return products within 30 calendar days. Products must be unused, in their original condition, and free from any signs of wear. To return a product, please complete the return form.
How to return your product(s):
STEP 1. PREPARE THE PRODUCTS
Customers have the right to return products within 30 calendar days of receiving the order. We only accept returns if the products are in their original condition — with no signs of use, stains, odors, or dirt — and with all labels and seals still intact. The return must include the original packaging (box or bag), along with all items originally delivered. Products showing signs of use, damage, or odors will not be accepted for return or exchange.

STEP 3. SEND THE PARCEL BY COURIER
Please contact any courier company and send the parcel to: Karshine – Str. A.D. Xenopol nr. 26, Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, Romania
Door-to-door delivery is required (we do not accept parcels sent via Romanian Post, EasyBox, or cash on delivery).
The return shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
STEP 4. REFUND
The value of the returned products will be refunded within up to 14 days from the date the parcel is received and inspected.
If the original order value was below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost paid by the customer at checkout will not be refunded.
